3A zeolite:

Mainly used in oil gas, oil and gas refining plant, olefins, drying, chemical and medicine, the desiccant is hollow glass industry.

Chemical formula: 2/3K2O, 1/3Na22O, AI2O3, 2SiO2,.9/2H2O

Main use:

1, liquid (such as ethanol) drying

2, hollow glass in air drying

3, nitrogen and hydrogen mixed gas drying

4, refrigerant drying

4A zeolite:

Mainly used for natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, medicine, electronic materials and volatile substances, dry argon purification, methane, ethane and propane separation.

Chemical formula: Na2O, Al2O3, 2SiO2, 9/2H2O

Main use:

1, air, gas, hydrocarbon end alkane, refrigerant gas and liquid depth drying;

2, argon extraction and purification;

Static 3, electronic components and hygroscopic material drying modification;

4, paint, polyester, dyes, paints as dehydrating agent.

5A zeolite:

Chemical formula: 3/4CaO, 1/4Na2O, Al2O3, 2SiO2, 9/2H2O

Main use:

1, natural gas, dry desulfurization and carbon dioxide;

2, separation of nitrogen and oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen separation, making oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen;

3, oil dewaxing, from a hydrocarbon, hydrocarbon separation of hydrocarbons.

The large surface area and polar adsorption of 5A zeolite can be used for the deep adsorption of water and residual ammonia. The decomposed nitrogen and hydrogen mixture enters the dryer to remove residual moisture and other impurities. The purification device adopts a double adsorption tower process, one adsorption drying ammonia gas, the other one in the heating state (usually 300-350 DEG C) to suck out the water and residual ammonia, so as to achieve the purpose of regeneration.
